AIR-OPERATED FLUID TRANSFER

Air Operated Double Diaphragm Pumps

Explore air operated double diaphragm pump ranges from Wilden, Sandpiper and ARO. Compare AODD pump series, construction and model specifications to find a diaphragm pump configuration for your application.

Choose around the application.

An AODD pump uses compressed air to move two diaphragms alternately. Selection depends on the liquid chemistry, viscosity, solids, required flow and operating pressure. Metallic and non-metallic pump bodies serve different material compatibility requirements.

Maximum flow and maximum pressure are separate limits. They do not represent a single simultaneous duty point. Ask us to review the operating conditions and the relevant performance curve.

SPARE PARTS & MAINTENANCE

Find pump parts by brand.

Find the right replacement part.

Browse replacement diaphragms, valve components, seals and air system parts for Wilden, Sandpiper and ARO AODD pumps. Each part listing includes a part number, product photo and description to help identify the component you need.

Use the exact part number and full pump model to check the replacement. Diaphragm, ball, seat and seal materials must suit the liquid, temperature and pump configuration. If the number is unclear, send photographs of the component and pump nameplate for identification.

Understanding AODD pumps

What is an AODD pump?

An air operated double diaphragm pump uses compressed air to drive two diaphragms alternately. Check valves direct the liquid through the pump. These pumps are also known as pneumatic diaphragm pumps or air driven diaphragm pumps.

Metallic or non-metallic?

Choose the pump body and elastomers for the fluid chemistry, temperature and operating conditions. The diaphragm, ball and seat materials matter as well as the body construction.

What information is needed?

Send the liquid composition, viscosity, temperature, solids, required flow and discharge pressure. Include suction conditions, connection requirements and the full model code for a replacement pump.
